To The Well
Three years ago, my husband and I opened a food pantry in our church. At first we had 40 families – now we are providing groceries for 190 families (900 people) once a month.
My daughter gave me a copy of “The Well.” Would it be asking too much for 190 copies of this each month?
I am thrilled to say that in the 3 years we’ve been open 85 people have accepted Jesus as their Savior, and countless others ask us to pray for them so they know – prayer is heard by our Lord.
This booklet would be perfect!

I cannot tell you how many people write in and ask for previous issues. Some have passed their copy on to someone else, some have just started receiving their first copy and want all the other back issues to read.
There are some previous months with copies still available. They are June, August, and September. And they are going fast.
If we still have the month left you are requesting we will send it to you. The cost of the first class postage is $.55 for each back issue.

Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy reading The Well. They go like hotcakes at my church. I put out 60 and the Prison Ministry took the rest.

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
I really enjoyed reading the October 1999 issue of “The Well.” I especially enjoyed the articles regarding Halloween. I truly wish that more people could read about the true meaning of Halloween – especially about how demonic it is.
My reason for writing is to let you know that on page 23, section on Easy as ABC, section B – the scripture you have is incorrect – it should be John 3:16.
Continue to do the work of the Lord and He will continue to Bless you.

Thanks for your comments and for bringing the mistake to our attention. I had already seen it before you wrote and was quite embarrassed to have missed it in proof reading. Thanks for being an observant servant! (How many else saw that mistake too?)

Dear Kris,
I know this is a little late, but I wanted to talk to our group after they had time to read “The Well.” Our meeting was last Thursday. They all raised their hands when asked if they enjoyed this booklet. Some said they had read it over twice and was sending it to children and relatives out of state. Needless to say they sure were happy to receive the September issue.
I am enclosing a little to help. Can’t do much but pray God will bless and multiply for His glory.
